Soundhealing for group

 

For free

Once a month you have the oppertunity to receive soundhealing for free in Bethlehemskirken.

If you are interested you have to be there at 4 PM. 
We start with a silent and guided meditation and singing a taze song together.
After that Elisabeth sings healingsong for the group. She uses drum and flute.
At the end of that everyone is offered a short personal soundhealing.

It can be a good idea to bring a small pillow to put in your chair. 
You are very wellcome to join.
